"Shoe finder seemed to get it right"
I tried the shoe finder on Road Runner Sports, and it ended up suggesting a pair that seemed close to what I was looking for. I’m a little picky with running shoes because my knees can get cranky, so I wasn’t totally sure how much to trust it, but the recommendation made sense.
I’ve only taken them out for a few runs so far, so I can’t say for sure how they’ll hold up long term, but they feel good at this point. No rubbing, no awkward fit, and I didn’t feel like I was just guessing. So far, I’m happy with it.

"Pretty much what I expected"
Ordered a pair of shoes and they showed up as the ones I picked. Haven’t really got much else to add, but everything seemed right.

and I ended up ordering custom insoles from Road Runner Sports because my usual inserts just weren’t doing much for me anymore.
The fit was better than I thought it would be. They sit nicely in my running shoes and don’t shift around, which was the thing I was most worried about. It did take a couple runs to get used to them, but after that they started feeling normal.
My feet don’t feel as worn out after longer walks or runs now. They’re not some miracle fix, but they’re a good fit for what I needed, and I’m happy with them.

"Easy to spot a good local run"
I’ve been to a handful of local runs, and there’s usually a pattern you can feel quickly: if people are chatting before the start and nobody seems left out, it’s going to be a good one. This event had that vibe right away. Everyone was welcoming, the community felt genuinely friendly, and it was just a fun, low-pressure way to get out and run with good people.

"I hopped on Road Runner Sports to..."
I hopped on Road Runner Sports to look for some Hoka shoes, and the search was super easy to use. The filters for size, width, color, and sale items actually made it way quicker than I expected.
I didn’t have to dig through a bunch of random stuff, wich was nice because that gets annoying fast. Found the pair I wanted quick, checkout went smooth, and I’d give it 5 stars

"Super easy size swap"
I had to exchange my shoes for a bigger size, and it was way easier than I expected. I think I sent them back on a Tuesday, or maybe Monday, but either way the return label worked without any issues and the new pair showed up quickly. No hassle at all

I’ve ordered from Road Runner Sports a handful of times now, and the prices have usually been better than most other places I checked. I kind of assumed the VIP membership was just another little upsell they try to sneak in, but the discounts and free shipping did end up saving me money quickly.
The site is easy enough to use, and I haven’t had any major issues ordering. I was a little skeptical at first because these membership deals can feel like they’re hoping you won’t pay attention, but in this case it actually worked out for me

"Fit just how I expected"
As someone who hates playing the sizing guessing game with shoes, I was relieved. I ordered my usual size and they fit great right out of the box. No weird tight spots, no need to exchange, just easy. Happy with the whole thing

I’ve used the app a few times i mostly remember it being simple to get around. Checkout did freeze on me once, I think, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall it works well, just maybe a little slow here and there.

I mainly signed up so I could catch shoe sales, and the emails haven’t been bad at all. They don’t spam me every hour like a lot of stores seem to do. I get a few updates here and there, enough to know when there’s a decent sale, but they’re also easy to ignore if I’m not looking to buy. I still don’t totally trust customer service to be helpful if something goes wrong, but as far as the email updates go, I’m happy with them

"The gait scan made a real difference for me"
I went in thinking I probably just needed a better pair of shoes, but the gait scan and foot scan actually showed what was going on with how I walk and where I needed support. They used that to help me find shoes that felt like they were really made for my feet, not just whatever looked close enough. The whole thing was easy, relaxed, and I never felt pressured to buy anything.

I’ve ordered from Road Runner Sports a few times now, it’s been good. I keep finding shoes there that I can’t seem to find in stores near me, especially in the size and color I want. At first I thought the prices were just okay, actually no, they’re fair compared to other places I’ve checked. The running shoes I got felt legit right away and have held up after a lot of miles. The site is easy enough to use too, so yeah, no real complaints from me

"Clean store, easy to find stuff"
Stopped in to check out some running shoes and tbh the store was really clean. The aisles were easy to move through and there wasn’t stuff everywhere, which I def appreciated. The layout made it simple to find the shoes and socks without wandering around forever lol. Only thing I’d say is a few signs could be a bit clearer, but overall it was a good visit.

"Account updates were easier than expected"
I had to change my email and sort out a login issue, and I was kind of dreading it because I never fully trust customer service to make things simple. But I ended up doing most of it through my account page without much trouble. Everything was easy to find, and my rewards were still showing correctly after the update. No big hassle, which is really all I was hoping for.
